We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers who have 5–10 years of proven experience. This role is ideal for those who have previously worked in hospitals, secure units, or mental health settings, and are confident in delivering high-quality support in both structured and community-based environments.
About the Role: As a Support Worker with us, you will:
- Support individuals in their own homes and in the wider community
- Assist with day-to-day living, including personal care, household tasks, and health management
- Respond to challenging behaviours with professionalism, empathy, and consistency
- Encourage independence, confidence, and community integration
- Engage individuals in leisure, educational, and employment activities

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in social care
