What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Representing products and services directly to customers through face-to-face interactions
• Leading by example on the field, showcasing strong communication and customer service skills
• Supporting and motivating other team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Assisting in training and onboarding new sales assistants
• Learning the foundations of team management, campaign reporting, and client representation
