As our studio continues to grow, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect certified by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) to join our London team and contribute to the delivery of complex projects across the UK.
We are seeking a RIBA Certified Architect with strong experience working on both residential and commercial projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will be confident managing projects from concept through planning and technical design to construction delivery. You will work closely with our interior design team, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects to the highest design and technical standards.
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through to construction
- Prepare and manage planning applications and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with UK planning regulations and building regulations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Collaborate with our interior design team on integrated architecture and interior design solutions
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
Requirements:
- RIBA Part III qualified and Chartered Architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects
- Proven experience in both residential and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of UK planning processes and building regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of BIM workflows and 3D visualization tools such as Rhino, Lumion, or Enscape
- Ability to manage projects independently
