ACCA has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join our centralised global reward team, supporting colleagues across more than 40 countries. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys combining data, systems and people insight to deliver fair, competitive and well-governed reward practices. We're flexible on the location of this role within the UK.

You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by ensuring our reward and benefits processes run smoothly, our data is robust, and our leaders have access to high-quality insights to support decision-making across the organisation. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will support a wide range of reward activities including benefits administration, compensation cycles, analytics, and global reward projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits including enrolments, changes and leavers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit data for payroll and external providers.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee reward and benefits queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support annual benefits activities such as renewals, enrolment windows and provider reviews.
  • Support compensation processes including salary reviews, benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Prepare, validate and analyse data for compensation and reward cycles.
  • Model scenarios and provide insights to support reward decision-making.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reward reports, dashboards and analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll and benefits systems.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Support audits and governance by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Contribute to global reward projects such as benefit reviews and framework development.
The Person

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience across the reward agenda including compensation, job evaluation, benefits and pensions.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with data and models.
  • Experience producing reports, dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
  • The ability to balance priorities in a busy, global environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative working style.
  • Experience with Workday or another HRIS.
