ACCA is committed to a workplace culture which is inclusive, diverse, human and connected. We're currently looking for a PMO Analyst on a 6-month fixed term basis. This position sits within the PMO team. We are flexible on the location of this role but may require travel to the Glasgow or London office for workshops and meetings occasionally.
The job
- Reporting to a Senior PMO Analyst, on a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in the following:
- Ensuring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are actively managed.
- Undertaking analysis of project/programme level RAID to provide insightful information for a range of stakeholders.
- Supporting resource forecasting processes and undertaking analysis of demand across the programme.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding of external partner resources.
- Supporting and enforcing agreed project/programme governance structures and processes e.g. project mobilisation and reporting requirements - ensuring that stakeholders involved in the project/programmes (including Senior Project Managers/Project Managers) are supported and coached as required.
- Managing the ILA PMO mailbox.
- Supporting Programme workstreams, attending key meetings, workshops and forums, and preparing inputs and outputs as required.
- Other activities as required by ILA PMO.
The person
- We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience of programme planning and resource forecasting.
- Is self-motivated to review programme/project performance and analyse the data to provide insightful reports to enable effective and efficient decision making.
- Has high level communication skills which can be adapted for different stakeholder groups and forums.
- Is a team player, who can work within a team to identify synergies and help solve any problems together.
- Has the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads appropriately.
- Is a confident individual who is proactive in their approach and will challenge the programme when required.
- Has strong Microsoft 365 expertise including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate. Experienced in championing Microsoft 365 and using these tools for process improvements.
