We're currently looking for a Policy Manager on a full time, permanent basis to sit within ACCA's EEMA (Europe, Eurasia, Middle East and Americas) & UK Policy Development (PD) team. This is a part of ACCA's Policy & Insights (P&I) team.
The Job
- Reporting to the Senior Policy Manager, EEMA & UK on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Individual delivery of policy content such as consultation responses and policy papers.
- Producing deliverables that add value to ACCA's market recognitions, brand and influence.
- Working collaboratively with the senior policy manager; supporting the Regional Lead - EEMA & UK in delivering regional priorities.
- Linking their work strategically to ACCA's global themes.
- Supporting the EEMA & UK Policy Development Team in creating EEMA & UK focused thought leadership content, carrying out drafting, research and engagement.
- Acting as a bridge between the Global Policy and Insights (P&I) team and the UK & EEMA Relationships teams.
- Supporting EEMA & UK inputs into global thought leadership creation.
- Delivering presentations and speaking at events on both global and EEMA & UK specific policy and thought leadership content.
- Conducting and/or analysing findings from surveys, roundtables, and structured interviews.
- Input to the design, development, maintenance, and effective dissemination of ACCA Global policy positions in chosen topic areas.
- Management of timelines, milestones and budgets for reports and projects that one is leading.
- Gathering intelligence on thought leadership/research and policy to identify opportunities and risks for ACCA through a regional network of internal and external advocates and experts.
