ACCA is committed to a workplace culture which is inclusive, diverse, human and connected. We're currently looking for a Learning Production Manager on a full time, permanent contract basis. This position sits within the Learning & Commercial team. We are flexible on the location of this role. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in our dedicated Professional Learning Content team responsible for the production, quality, rigour and security of ACCA's professional learning and teaching content for ACCA's students and partners.
The Job
- Reporting to the Professional Learning Content Lead, on a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in the following:
- Managing, and providing functional direction to, the Content Analyst(s).
- Collaborating with the Professional Learning Content Lead and Learning Content Stream Leads to create and manage multiple production schedules with business-critical deadlines.
- Collaborating with the Professional Learning Content Lead to maintain, update and document production processes.
- Working with the Professional Learning Content Lead to manage the external platform supplier.
- Managing liaison with the Qualifications Team by ensuring production schedules are agreed on an annual basis, content is delivered on time and shared securely.
The Person
- We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working in a learning or assessment production role.
- Has experience of people management or is willing to develop this.
- Has a high level of computer literacy with a working knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro and experience of learning or assessment systems.
- Is highly organised with the ability to organise people and processes.
- Has proven experience of quality assurance and the relevant processes and methodologies around this, including being detail oriented.
