We’re currently looking for a People Partner on a full time, permanent basis. This position sits within the People team. We are flexible on the location of this role. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders, helping to shape a positive employee experience and drive organisational success through people-focused initiatives.
The Job
- Partner with Executive Directors to understand team goals and align people strategies accordingly.
- Provide coaching and guidance on all elements of the employee experience including culture, talent, performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- Support organisational change, team effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Inclusion teams to support hiring, onboarding, and development programs.
- Analyse people data and trends to inform decision-making and improve employee engagement.
- Champion organisational culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in daily practices.
- Support resolution of complex employee relations issues with empathy and fairness.
- Support the implementation of people policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
The Person
- Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organisational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a passion for people and culture.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and people analytics tools.
