We are currently looking for a Billing and Collections Assurance Manager on a full time, permanent basis. This position sits within the Operational Finance team, based in our Glasgow office.
Responsibilities- Support the development and maintenance of ACCA's global billing & collections policies, standards and procedures
- Maintain clear documentation of billing and collections process ownership, roles, and responsibilities
- Deliver the billing and collections assurance plan on behalf of finance
- Perform risk-based assurance through:
- Monthly KPI and MI Review
- Targeted control testing
- Thematic reviews of high-risk processes or teams
- Has experience in finance operations, financial control, or finance risk/assurance
- Has experience of billing, accounts receivable, or collections processes
- Familiar with lines of defence assurance concepts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to challenge constructively and communicate clearly
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations preferred but not required)
