We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Continuous Learning & Member Support Analyst to join our Continuous Learning Solutions (CLS) team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a secondment.
While this is primarily an operational role, reporting to the Continuous Learning Solutions Lead, it offers a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in digital learning. You will support a global catalogue of content - from course builds and updates to translation workflows and LMS enhancements.
The Job
- Updating text and graphics across our learning portfolio
- Building and editing e-learning using Articulate Rise (essential)
- Creating storyboards and collating source materials
- Testing SCORM packages and checking LMS functionality
- Collaborating with SMEs and supporting the CLS Administrator with course builds
You will also support international rollout by:
- Managing translation workflows (AI and vendor-led)
- Preparing content and materials for localisation
On the LMS and content side, you will:
- Create and update courses, assessments, and certificates
- Manage SCORM versions and carry out quality testing across devices
- Support updates to websites and marketing materials
In operational support, you will help:
- Maintain documentation and keep intranet resources up to date
- Monitor ticket workflows and sales agreements
- Assist with course reporting and troubleshooting content issues
- Support LMS enhancements and test new functionality
The Person
- Experience using Articulate Rise (essential); Storyline or similar is a plus
- Familiarity with at least one LMS platform
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and problem-solve
- Knowledge of SCORM, Excel, or basic image editing
- QA testing experience across browsers and devices
- An interest in instructional design or digital learning
