- Role Description
As a Senior Consultant you will work within a Finance Transformation team, supporting end‑to‑end initiatives across FP&A and Controlling, with a strong focus on advanced data analytics, process optimization and finance operating model redesign.
This role requires a solid functional finance background combined with proven transformation experience, including participation in large‑scale finance improvements, system implementations or broader digital transformation programs.
The position sits at the intersection of business, finance and technology, with a strong emphasis on leveraging data, enhancing analytical capabilities, improving decision‑making and increasing financial transparency.
- Your Scope Of Duties
- Deliver finance transformation initiatives across data analytics, FP&A, controlling and financial reporting, covering both process and system dimensions;
- Redesign and improve budgeting, forecasting and business performance management processes;
- Perform complex data analysis and provide actionable insights, working with large datasets to generate business‑relevant conclusions;
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline finance processes, reporting and data flows (e. g. leveraging ERP/EPM functionalities, scripting or BI tools);
- Translate business requirements into finance process and system solutions (ERP / EPM / reporting), aligning functional and technical perspectives;
- Support and actively participate in finance system implementations, including UAT and rollout phases;
- Design and enhance management reporting, dashboards and analytical models to support data‑driven decision‑making;
- Contribute to finance operating model design, governance frameworks and process standardization;
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT and Business functions;

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, financial reporting, finance transformation or data / business analyst roles;
- Strong understanding of core finance processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month‑end close;
- Good knowledge of financial statements and IFRS principles;
- Experience in end‑to‑end finance processes, ideally including elements of R2R;
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred, especially CO / CO‑PA or reporting structures);
- Experience in system implementations, UAT, configuration or finance system rollouts;
- Ability to translate business needs into system and reporting solutions;
- Strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience working with data (data analysis, data modelling, reporting logic);
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e. g. Power BI) and data transformation tools (e. g. Power Query);
- Experience working in a transformation or project environment;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders;
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Nice To Have
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA);
- Experience with SAP (FI/CO) or other ERP systems in R2R or reporting contexts;
- Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, SQL, Python);
- Experience with EPM / planning tools (Anaplan, Tagetik, Jedox, etc.);
- Exposure to compliance frameworks, internal controls (SOX) or accounting policy development.
