We are seeking an experienced accounting consultant to manage complex projects and lead a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance and professional qualifications (CECCAR, CCF, and ACCA – completed or in progress).
- +5 years of mandatory experience in accounting consulting companies, leading a team and managing multiple projects.
- Working experience with accounting ERPs such as Microsoft Nav, SAP, etc., and knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment.
- Technology‑oriented and innovation promoter.
- Excellent project management skills, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills in all aspects of assigned project areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of accounting and reporting projects.
- Act as the first point of contact for a large number of multinational clients and maintain excellent professional relationships.
- Assist in technology development and implementations, including selection of software packages, assessment of processes and data flows, tax system implementation and configuration, and digital transformation & accounting‑related data analytics.
- Play an active role in business development, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and developing relationships.
- Assist with targeting and marketing solutions, spotting opportunities.
- Embrace new technologies to deliver quality outputs as efficiently as possible.
- Coach the team, encouraging ownership of development.
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to make a meaningful impact.
