They are seeking a UK Financial Reporting Manager to bolster our finance department by maintaining strict adherence to IFRS and FRS 102. This role involves leading UK management reporting, coordinating statutory accounts at both the local and Group level, and upholding a high-standard internal control environment.

Description
- Provide leadership and technical support to the UK Management Accounts team to ensure high-quality output.
- Oversee the production and review of monthly management information for the UK business.
- Coordinate with the Group Accountant to deliver efficient UK and Group year-end audits in line with corporate schedules.
- Manage the preparation of UK subsidiary FRS 102 accounts and contribute to the Group's consolidated IFRS year-end reporting.
- Develop technical accounting papers and complex analyses, specifically addressing impairment and UK acquisition accounting.
- Enforce the UK internal audit framework, acting as the main point of contact for audit queries and requests.
- Uphold financial integrity by maintaining key controls within the established Group framework.
- Lead various special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as the business requires.
Profile
- Professionally Certified: ACA or ACCA qualification is required, underpinned by a solid command of IFRS, FRS 102, and complex consolidations.
