This near Radstock based chartered accountancy practice is growing and seeking a Senior Manager or Director level professional to join as a key addition to the firm. You will work across all accounts, tax, and advisory services within a growing division of the practice, managing teams and working closely with the Partners as key, right‑hand support with a clear progression path on offer.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients and the provision of all‑round accounting and tax compliance.
- Lead the wider advisory work and work on the further growth and expansion of this sector of the firm.
- Manage a wider team of managerial, qualified and trainee staff, developing and growing the team.
- Work closely with Partners and support the senior leadership team.
Qualifications
- Qualified as ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA.
- Background developed in any large national firm or a regional independent firm background of any size.
- At least an experienced Senior Manager or Director level professional.
- Demonstrate technical expertise, client‑facing business development abilities, and aptitude to progress within the firm.
Compensation & Benefits
Circa £70,000 - £95,000 plus benefits, negotiable, dependent on level, experience and background.
