A growing accountancy practice in Truro is looking to hire a Qualified Audit Senior. The role offers increasing technical responsibility, client contact, and a clear progression path in a leading firm environment.
The firm serves a wide range of clients, from large corporates and PLCs to SMEs, OMBS, not-for-profit, charity and specialist sector industries across Cornwall, the South West and the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite audit teams and supervise audit service delivery.
- Supervise a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for all audit phases including planning, fieldwork, statutory reporting and completion.
- Develop strong client relationships and increase client contact and management responsibility.
- Handle ad hoc project work as it arises and progress to higher responsibility within the firm.
Qualifications and Profile:
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Career background within audit or audit/accounts/tax in an accountancy practice environment.
- Experience at Qualified Audit Senior level and readiness for the next step in a clear progression path.
Job Offer: Β£40,000 β Β£45,000 dependent on level of experience, plus competitive benefits and flexible working arrangements.
