Transaction Services Associate Director

The Transaction Services Associate Director will lead and manage a range of financial due diligence assignments within the professional services sector. This role requires expertise in accounting and finance, with a focus on delivering high-quality client solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial due diligence assignments for various transactions.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to clients during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Review and analyze financial information, identifying key business drivers and risks.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.

Profile

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
