We are seeking a dedicated Tax Director to join our business services department in Hove. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of tax regulations and an ability to oversee a broad range of tax-related activities. Client Details The hiring company is a well-established organisation in the business services sector. With a medium-sized team of dedicated professionals, they strive to provide the highest quality of service to their broad client base. Description Directing all aspects of tax activities and compliance within the company. Preparing and reviewing corporate and individual tax returns. Advising on tax strategies and planning, optimising the company\’s financial performance. Communicating with tax authorities and providing needed information. Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns. Supervising, training, and mentoring members of the tax team. Keeping up to date with changes in tax law and regulations. Liaising with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure tax compliance. Profile A successful Tax Director should have: A strong academic background in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CTA etc). Proven experience in a tax leadership role. Excellent understanding of tax regulations and legislation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Job Offer A competitive salary range of £70,000 – £90,000 per annum. A supportive and professional work environment in Hove.
