- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and stability.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
- Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.
- Drive financial strategy, investment governance and commercial decision-making, ensuring that portfolio choices, innovation investments, pricing strategies and marketing effectiveness are aligned to business objectives and deliver sustainable financial outcomes
- Review and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
A Successful Finance Director Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance and must come from an engineering background
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles within global organisations.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent business partnering skills and proven track record of partnering with cross function leads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
- Salary range: £135,000 - £140,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Bonus of up to 40%.
