Description
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for Group
- Programme risks, opportunities, scope changes, costs, benefits, and delivery outcomes
- Produce high-quality month-end reporting, forecasts, and insightful commentary
- Establish and manage clear planning timetables and processes, ensuring stakeholders provide timely, accurate forecasts
- Act as a business partner when required - though the main function of this role is the analysis and reporting into senior management
- Investigate cost performance trends, undertake ad-hoc analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
- Prepare robust variance analysis
- Maintain consistent reporting standards, governance, and process excellence, working collaboratively across the wider Finance team.
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Clear thinker with the ability to present simple analysis from complex data
- Experienced in and accustomed to fast-paced, high growth environments
- Able to assist with various systems implementation / process improvement projects
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£55,000 to Β£60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement offering flexibility.
- Fixed-term contract in a well-established organisation.
