Senior Client Manager

Overview

A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Exeter is seeking a Senior Client Manager to join their team managing a portfolio delivering compliance and advisory services across accounts and tax, and developing and supporting the wider team. There is a genuine progression path on offer for the right professional.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of wide‑ranging services to a varied client portfolio, including accounts, tax and advisory work.
• Advise clients on wider planning and advisory project work and oversee the delivery of compliance services.
• Develop, support, mentor and manage the wider team and help grow the firm’s service line through business development.
• Collaborate with the team to mould the role around the candidate’s background and level of experience.

Profile / Qualifications

For this Senior Client Manager role you will be ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent, with a UK accountancy practice background across accounts, tax, audit and general practice service delivery to a wide range of clients (sole traders, partnerships and limited companies). You will have progressed to at least Client Manager / Senior Manager level and be seeking a challenging move within a growing firm offering progression.

Job Offer

Circa £48,000 – £58,000, dependent on background and experience, plus benefits. Full-time and part-time hours can be explored.
