The role is within the Technology Risk Management and Operations Team at Deloitte Technology, reporting to the Risk Management and Operations Senior Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering technology and cyber security risk assessment and risk management processes using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and other tools.
- Managing risk library.
- Preparing reports.
- Leading risk assessments.
- Supporting risk appetite and control enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support IT organizational risk management development leveraging global and Deloitte standards.
- Develop risk management elements, including automation of test and assessment processes.
- Utilize ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management to deliver risk management.
- Support IT risk management processes within a three-lines model.
- Prepare reports for Deloitte Technology leaders, global risk leaders, executives, and board.
- Lead and support risk assessment, including remote/virtual onsite assessments with subject matter experts.
- Manage risk assessment programs to support risk appetite and recommend remediation actions.
- Track first line of defence remediation progress and impact on risk levels.
- Contribute to management of annual top risk assessment for Deloitte Technology.
- Assist in maintaining a meaningful risk library for technology risks.
Qualifications:
- Relationship management skills.
- Understanding of principles around CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, PMI, Prince2, ISO27001.
- Risk management and global experience background.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle approaches.
- IT operations and service management with ITIL or MOF knowledge; ITIL certification an asset.
- Diplomatic and persuasive with ability to manage senior stakeholders such as CIOs and CEOs.
- Ability to influence and persuade at all levels from IT staff to CIOs.
- Build key relationships across GTS function and member firm network.
- Ability to manipulate complex data.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, able to work independently with little supervision.
- Adaptability across cultures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Working Environment:
You will be based in one of our UK locations with a hybrid working model, working in an office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remotely as required. The platform will support flexible collaboration and development of professional relationships.
