We are looking for an experienced professional to support our clients and global share scheme initiatives. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally (equity compensation), this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities- Lead with expertise: Apply knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective to drive results globally.
- Client partner: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advise on share scheme compensation matters, and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Optimize systems: Leverage experience with share scheme administration platforms and other tools to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global programs.
- Extensive experience in global share plans and cross-border compensation programs.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios.
- A hands-on leader who can review team output and provide mentorship.

- 7+ years of experience.
- Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience.
- Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with global share schemes platforms and integrations.
- Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
- Understanding of global tax and payroll implications.
- Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
This is a regular full-time position. This is a hybrid role. Location: London.
