A fast growing and very successful firm of chartered accountants based on the eastern side of Bristol is searching for a Qualified Senior Accountant to join their team as a key addition in a business services, year end accounts focused and wider service support role to the managerial/partner group with opportunity to carve an influential role with a progression and career path on offer.
Based on the eastern outskirts of Bristol, this successful and fast growing firm acts for very wide ranging clients across varying industries and turnovers ranging up to around £6 - 7 million in turnover on larger clients. The firm offers a superb team culture and provides an opportunity where you can progress with hybrid working (3 days in the office/2 from home), flexible hours and competitive salary and benefits, including a very attractive and achievable additional bonus scheme.
Joining as a Qualified Senior Accountant based from the firm's eastern side of Bristol offices, you will senior, lead and manage the hands on delivery of accounts, tax and wider services to clients across varied industries and turnover ranges. You will develop client relationships, taking on increasing client portfolio and management responsibility, working on wider advisory/business services and delivering wider project work as you develop and carve a career within this firm. A career progression path is on offer and there is clear opportunity to develop and progress as a key addition within this firm.
For this qualified senior accountant role, you may be qualified across any of AAT, ATT, ACA / ACCA etc, or have developed your career through experience only to date, with a career background within accounts/tax and general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to around the Senior Accountant levels and be looking for a challenging new career opportunity.
Circa £36,000 - £45,000 dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits with additional bonus.
