We are looking for a skilled Project Finance Analyst to join a growth business. This role requires an individual who can manage financial analysis and reporting for various projects. This opportunity is with a growing organisation operating within a growth sector. The company is based in Surrey.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to support project decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and projections for development projects.
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts for investments and ongoing management of projects in life.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor project costs and identify potential financial risks.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support the implementation of financial best practices and processes.

Qualifications

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and qualified Accountant.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial management of projects - e.g. civil / infrastructure projects, construction, large scale engineering.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
