We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profits, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing analytics, market research, and strategic planning, preferably within the professional services industry. You will work closely with the Global Commercial Lead on pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in the pricing committee / deal desk to assess the commercial attractiveness of projects, including engagement economics and contribution to profitability.
- Advise on the commercial arrangement for opportunities (pricing, risk/reward, contingent fee arrangements, added value, commercial elements of Ts and Cs), strategies to deploy, and negotiation approaches.
- Engage with senior partners, present options for commercial constructs on opportunities and ongoing relationships, and provide commercially sound advice on pricing strategies and negotiation.
- Support and advise client engagement teams with pricing negotiations to secure acceptable margins.
- Collaborate with Service Line Leaders to assess the impact of product features, service levels, and pricing on client value perception.
- Maintain pricing data, including cost and margin, in the Global Pricing tool to support pricing decision-making.
- Work closely with Growth, Transformational, Operational and Finance teams to develop and refine pricing constructs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the professional services industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in pricing analytics tools, such as Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Alteryx.
This is a regular full-time position. The role is primarily remote, but may require some time in the office. Location: London or New York. Other considerations can be made for the right candidate.
Compensation: The U.S. salary range is $108,700 - $155,000. The U.K. salary range is $59,600 - $85,000 GBP. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
