- Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries
- Planning and completing audit assignments from start to finish
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying audit risks and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Liaising with managers and partners on client
Profile
- ACA or ACCA qualification
- Practice experience within audit
- Strong technical audit knowledge
- Experience mentoring or reviewing junior staff
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
- A commercial and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality client service
