The Commercial Audit team in Oxford works in the Private Capital space, across a number of sectors leading to a varied and interesting role. Key characteristics of the role include:

- Growing the business: You will be expected to support Partners in BD activity as well as being involved in pitches to win work.
- Own your own work: You will oversee audit teams, be a key point of contact to our clients, assist audit partners in establishing audit approach, review audit work papers and ensure that audit files are completed in a timely manner.
- Be a part of a team: You will be a part of a dynamic commercial audit team in Oxford, have people manager responsibilities, have responsibility for a group of employees to ensure audit work is appropriately completed to satisfy audit objectives, be a key player in creating the culture of the office and working across service lines to set the tone of the office.
- Take responsibility: We will empower you to act as a trusted business adviser to our clients. You will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of clients and will always strive to build and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.

Qualifications: Joining Us As An Audit Manager, The Minimum Criteria You'll Need Is a Professional Qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA Or CIPFA) With Post Qualification Experience, And To Be Confident Managing a Large Portfolio Of Audit Clients. Specifically:
- Experience of managing audits of a range of commercial companies ranging from private equity backed and large listed and international groups.
- Be responsible for a large portfolio of audit clients.
- Solve complex technical matters for our clients, and project manage client work.
- Oversee and develop your team to the highest standard.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your team and our clients.
- Take opportunities for wider department responsibilities through training and pitching new projects.
- Constantly strive to push yourself, and the business, further, knowing you're supported through every stage.
