Description

  • Lead tax due diligence, transaction structuring and advisory engagements across a range of deal types.
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing commercially focused tax advice throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Support private equity investors, management teams and corporate clients on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
  • Review the work of junior team members and provide coaching and technical guidance.
  • Identify additional opportunities to support clients and contribute to business development activities.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders on larger and more complex transactions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of processes, methodologies and service delivery.

Profile

  • ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
  • Strong transaction tax experience gained within a professional services or advisory environment.
  • Excellent understanding of UK corporate tax and transaction-related tax matters.
  • Proven experience leading due diligence and tax advisory projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple workstreams.
  • Commercially minded with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable reviewing work, mentoring junior staff and supporting team development.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced deal environment.
  • Interest in technology, innovation and driving continuous improvement.

Job Offer

  • Β£65,000 - Β£75,000 + bonus + benefits, depending on experience.
