Overview- Prepare monthly management accounts with clear, concise commentary and supporting schedules.
- Deliver timely and accurate variance analysis against budget and forecast, explaining key performance drivers.
- Produce concise, insightful financial reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Support the annual budget process and regular reforecasting, challenging assumptions to strengthen financial plans.
- Analyse cost and revenue trends, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support financial modelling, scenario analysis, and KPI development.
- Work collaboratively within the Finance team to ensure consistent, high‑quality outputs.
- Provide financial insight and support to operational teams and build strong relationships across the business.
- Maintain robust financial controls and reconciliation processes.

- Assist with audit and year‑end activities as required.
