Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements and reports for clients in the property sector.
Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and implement solutions where necessary.
Oversee client budgets and forecasts, providing expert financial advice as required.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to accounting and finance.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of property management services.

Maintain and develop strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
Qualifications
Previous team leadership and management experience.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience within the property industry or a related sector.
