This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified Management Accountant to join a dynamic, high‐growth property business. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the full month‐end cycle and will also get involved in other key aspects of year‐end accounting.

This real estate business is in an excellent position moving into 2026, with a variety of exciting new projects in the pipeline heading into the New Year. The company prides itself on its fun, fast‐paced working culture, offering excellent progression opportunities as it continues to build out its finance function.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including variance analysis.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
  • Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insightful recommendations to management.
  • Oversee month‐end and year‐end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support other departments with financial information and analysis as required.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Part-qualified, studying towards ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience within the property industry highly desirable.
