Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and ensure budgets and forecasts are met.
Lead the site\âs budgeting, forecasting and longâterm financial planning.
Embed all finance policies and controls.
Act as a finance business partner, providing clear analysis to support decisionâmaking.
Prepare business cases and review financial inputs for customer quotes and proposals.
Oversee all site financial accounting and reporting, including implementing Group reporting systems and standard costing.
Maintain and analyse standard costs, addressing variances where required.
Ensure systems support customerâmandated financial reporting requirements.
Liaise with auditors and support a smooth audit process.
Identify and mitigate foreign currency risks.
Submit tax information to support Group UK tax calculations.
Drive process improvements with site leadership to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Lead and develop assigned finance team members.
Profile
A strong background in accounting and finance.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with implementing and maintaining internal controls.
Excellent analytical and problemâsolving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Advanced proficiency in relevant financial systems and software.
