Based in the heart of the City of London, this role is ideal for a detail‐oriented and proactive professional who is committed to ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, and expenses across group companiesMaintain cash trackers, bank reconciliations, and accurate financial recordsPrepare draft management accounts, board packs, budgets, and forecastsSupport variance analysis and liaise on VAT, tax, and audit mattersMaintain statutory registers and file Companies House submissionsDraft board minutes, resolutions, and support board meetingsCoordinate with legal, tax, and compliance advisors as neededQualifications AAT qualified or part‐qualified ACCA/CIMA, with a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field1-3 years\’ experience in Banking & FinanceStrong analytical, organisational, and administrative skills with high attention to detailProficient in accounting tools and Excel; able to manage reporting across multiple entitiesGood understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial servicesLegal or company secretarial experience is a plusProfessional, proactive, and capable of working independentlyCompensation Competitive annual salary of £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experiencePermanent role with clear opportunities for professional growth in the City of LondonSupportive environment with a strong focus on governance and complianceIf you meet the criteria, we encourage you to apply today!Location: City of London, England
