The Green Accountants are looking for an ACCA-qualified accountant to join our growing team, supporting an expanding client base at the intersection of high-quality compliance and forward-thinking business advisory. This is an opportunity to develop your career while helping businesses prepare for a rapidly changing, sustainability-focused landscape.
You will work with a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, delivering core compliance services while using that information to provide proactive, value-adding advice.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of statutory Financial Statements
- Corporation Tax computations and Tax Returns
- Using compliance data to support business advisory and development work
- Working collaboratively with clients to help them plan, grow, and adapt
- Engaging with sustainability, ESG, and Net Zero conversations as part of client support
- Using AI responsibly
- ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in practice, with strong accounts preparation skills
- Understanding of corporation tax computations
- Experience with Iris software is preferred but not essential
- Comfortable building client relationships and contributing to advisory work
- Based in the North West
