The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- Implement, refine, and define the control environment
- Group payroll and AP
- Preparation of the group monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet controlling
- Lead on the production of the statutory accounts & report and year-end audit
- Cash Management
- Responsible for the Tax compliance
- M&A accounting and integration
- Finance transformation
Profile
The Successful Group Financial Controller Will Be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Demonstrable experience with group accounts
- Multi-currency consolidation experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to lead and mentor a small finance team
- Private Equity backed company experience would be advantageous
Job Offer
The Group Financial Controller role comes with a competitive base of £100,000-£120,000 and package depending on experience.
