This permanent, full‑time role is based in very central Manchester with hybrid, flexible working – just two days a week in the office. Responsibilities:
- Sales ledger and credit control management.
- Purchase ledger management: Post invoices, match to POs, post payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations.
- Purchasing office supplies and processing payments to suppliers.
- Managing supplier queries.
- Bank reconciliation and dealing with refund requests.
- Support the Management Accounts Assistant in the month‑end process.
- Assist with ad‑hoc queries and reports as required.
