ACCA is committed to a workplace culture which is inclusive, diverse, human and connected. We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a full-time, permanent position. This position sits within the Finance team in Glasgow, with flexible hybrid working in place.
The job includes:
- New supplier requests (without queries) are set up within 48 hours of receipt
- Invoices/Expenses received processed in 48 hours
- Emails received into the Accounts payable email box receive an initial reply within 48 hours of receipt
- Invoices with buyer holds are emailed to the buyer within 48 hours of processing
- Escalation process followed thereafter
- Matching invoice to valid purchase order

- Is able to work independently and has good attention to detail
- Has a good understanding of Teams and accounting systems
- Has good time management and is able to meet deadlines
- Is approachable and able to deal with stakeholders at every level
