This position seeks a competent Financial Accountant to aid in the financial management and strategic growth of a fast growing Bicester company. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial updates, manage internal accounting processes, and contribute to the company\’s financial planning.

Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports
• Manage internal audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Provide financial insight and advice to the management team
• Implement budgeting and forecasting processes
• Handle tax and treasury matters effectively
• Monitor and manage company\’s financial risk
• Contribute to the development of the company\’s strategic financial objectives
• Support the Accounting & Finance department in other duties as required

Profile

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

• A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Ideally suited for a first time mover from Practice
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
