A growing accountancy practice based in North Bristol seeks a Tax Manager to oversee quality compliance services in personal tax and lead tax planning and project work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide-ranging portfolio of personal tax focused cases.
- Review personal tax returns and oversee delivery of compliance services.
- Lead the wider team, reviewing their work and supporting their development.
- Collaborate with senior management and partners on tax planning projects across capital gains, inheritance, estate and trust-related work (approximately 20% on the trust side).
- Deliver broader advisory and tax planning services to high net worth individuals, trusts, directors and corporate clients.
Qualifications:
- CTA and/or ATT/ACA/ACCA qualified.
- 1+ years of focused personal tax experience or broader practice experience with a desire to specialise in personal tax.
- Experience in top-tier, regional independent or specialist tax firms.
Compensation:
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience), negotiable with benefits.
