Client Details: A long‑established engineering company operating in highly regulated sectors such as nuclear, pharmaceutical, chemical, and carbon‑related industries. The business has evolved and is experiencing rapid growth, maintaining a strong family feel.
Description:
- Critique the current finance function and make recommendations for improvement.
