In This Role You Will Be:
- Analyzing business requirements
- Configuring Endur functionalities and identifying system improvements
- Troubleshooting issues related to trading workflows
- Ensuring data integrity and facilitating user training
- Generating and presenting reports to key stakeholders
Business Analysis / Project Delivery Experience:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and business analysis
- Strong BA experience including capturing business problems, value drivers and functional/non-functional requirements
- Experience running workshops and user acceptance testing
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile project delivery
Energy Trading & Endur Experience:
- Experience of energy trading markets, with a strong understanding of one of the following markets: UK & European Power, UK & European Gas and/or Environmental products
- A working knowledge of different trading instruments, including OTC transactions – Including forwards, swaps, and simple options
- Exchange traded futures & options lifecycle including cascading
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas:
- Trade capture – complex deal modelling and pricing
- Market Risk and risk Valuation
- Back-Office processes
- Accounting processes
- EOD Migrating between ETRM systems
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent – STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) majors (preferred but not essential)
