The Role

The Global Financial Performance team is accountable for ensuring the financial sustainability and long‑term resilience of the institution by aligning financial strategies with the Group’s broader corporate objectives. Acting as strategic partners across all Group entities, the team delivers tailored financial advice and planning that aids institutional growth, income diversification, and resource optimisation. A significant element of the team’s remit is fostering financial accountability and raising commercial awareness at all levels of the organisation, thereby embedding a culture of financial literacy and sustainability.

We are recruiting a Senior Finance Performance Partner to join our global Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Financial Performance, you will take ownership for implementing, monitoring and reviewing the group’s financial strategy, whilst gaining a good understanding of the area’s capabilities to meet the group’s financial targets.

In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on finance matters whilst contributing to the strategic planning of financial matters managing the knowledge and improvement of the group’s financial performance.

The role will focus on overseeing decision making in relation to financial budgeting, forecasting and risk management, along with commercial matters with the aim of the group achieving their corporate plan targets.

Our Successful Candidate

  • You will hold a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or the equivalent work experience in a similar role.
  • You will have substantial experience of working within an accountancy role and working knowledge of management accounting and financial accounting, including what drives financial performance.
  • You will demonstrate a good level of stakeholder management and be able to communicate at various levels. Working with senior management you will be able to provide business information and financial advice in relation to commerciality and new business initiatives.
