- Process financial transactions and ensure entries are recorded correctly and on time.
- Reconcile relevant accounts and investigate differences to keep records up to date.
- Prepare routine finance information for internal reporting and review.
- Support the month-end close by completing assigned accounting tasks to agreed deadlines.
- Review financial data for accuracy and resolve straightforward issues where needed.
- Keep finance files and supporting documents organised for easy reference.
- Work with colleagues across the Accounting & Finance team to maintain effective daily processes.
Profile
- Experience of maintaining accurate accounting records and processing financial transactions.
- Confidence completing account reconciliations and investigating variances.
- Ability to prepare clear finance information for reporting purposes.
- Understanding of month-end accounting activities and deadline-driven work.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing financial data and supporting documents.
- Ability to organise finance records and manage routine tasks effectively.
Job Offer
