Your key responsibilities as the Corporate Tax Director
As an experienced transaction tax professional, you will lead tax due diligence and structuring assignments for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. The role involves close collaboration with tax specialists in VAT, Employment Taxes, and colleagues in Transaction Services. You will demonstrate technical expertise and commercial acumen, effectively communicating tax issues to diverse stakeholders. The individual will provide high-quality transaction tax services to private equity firms and corporate clients, adapting to their changing business needs and evolving legislation across various sectors.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in leading tax due diligence and structuring projects, collaborating with specialists and transaction support teams. Strong client management skills are essential, including swift responses to client needs and regular updates on transaction progress. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of taxation, experience in handling complex tax issues, and relevant transaction experience. Additionally, you should possess project and staff management skills and hold a degree and/or CTA or ACA qualification or equivalent.
