The Assistant Client Manager will support the Accounting & Finance department within the professional services industry by managing client portfolios and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong organisational skills and a detailed understanding of financial processes to contribute to client success. Responsibilities:

  • Managing portfolio of clients to ensure all compliance responsibilities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparation of annual accounts, and submitting to Companies House
  • Preparation of company tax returns, and submitting to HM Revenue & Customs
  • Preparation of personal tax returns
  • Answering related questions by telephone or email, that may arise from clients

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience working for an accountancy practice
  • Studying for a relevant qualification (AAT, ACCA etc.)
  • Strong IT and Excel skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
