The Interim Finance Business Partner will play a vital role in supporting decision-making processes by providing financial insights and analysis. This temporary position requires expertise in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
My client is a large international organisation within the industrial/manufacturing sector. They have offices across the world and a strong EBITDA. They are focused on delivering high-quality products and maintaining a strong reputation in their industry.
The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in the success of this international manufacturing business. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the FBP will be responsible for:
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Report on the Manufacturing P&L across the UK.
- Develop better reporting around Gross Margins.
- Drive solid forecasting throughout the Manufacturing plants in the UK.
- Act as the key point of contact for the Operations Director and their teams.
- Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Deliver periodic financial reports and forecasts to management.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist with financial planning and strategy development.
Qualifications:
- A qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- A solid background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
Job Offer:
- Competitive daily rate between £350 and £400 per day.
- Hybrid working arrangement with four days in the office and one day at home.
- Free on-site parking.
- 25 days annual leave.
