Overview
This role leads accurate, forward‐looking cash flow forecasting across a multi‐entity international group, ensuring clear visibility of global liquidity. You will also support wider finance and help build a modern Treasury function.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of accurate short, medium and long‐term cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee group-wide cash positions, ensuring optimal liquidity and effective working capital management.
- Support the wider finance team to continually improve internal reporting and forecasting capability.
- Drive operational excellence through process automation, systems optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the FD in managing the Group's debt portfolio and work closely with the FD on refinancing activities.
- Provide treasury insight to the SLT, contributing to key financial decisions.
- Line manage one person, developing their treasury capability.
Profile
- Proven treasury experience, ideally within a group or multi‐entity environment.
- Strong background in cash forecasting, liquidity management and treasury operations.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management capability.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable driving improvements and shaping treasury infrastructure.
