We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead financial strategies and oversee accounting operations within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial excellence and contribute to the company's success.

Description
- Coordinate and submit monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS for the UK entities.
- Manage and mentor the finance team.
- Work closely with the Financial Shared Service Centre on sub-ledger processes.
- Analyse financial results versus expectations, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide technical accounting support to the business.
- Enhance reporting/planning systems and standardise procedures.
- Review and implement changes in accounting, tax, and company law.
- Lead contact for the external auditors.
- Prepare annual statutory accounts and other ad hoc financial reports.
- Responsible contact for external tax consultants, Group Tax and HMRC.
Profile
- Qualified Accountant - ACCA, CIMA, ACA.
- Proven experience in financial management.
- Exposure to manufacturing sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems - particularly SAP.
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
