This senior position focuses on leading restructuring and insolvency assignments, cultivating relationships, and winning business. There is also the opportunity for an insolvency appointment‑taking role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, advising clients and directors on options and strategies in solvent, distressed, and insolvent situations.
- Develop and maintain a network of intermediaries and referral contacts, identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Manage and develop team members, support career growth, and oversee resource planning.
- Contribute to strategy and business plans, identifying new revenue and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support restructuring and insolvency opportunities.
- Maintain technical expertise, risk management, and quality standards.
- Extensive restructuring and insolvency experience with a proven track record of winning work.
- Experience leading teams and securing client work.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong communication.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) and JIEB qualified.
- Results driven with strategic thinking.
- Strong project management skills.
