Description
- Lead financial due diligence engagements on acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions
- Analyse historical and forecast financial information to identify key risks and opportunities
- Prepare and review due diligence reports for a range of stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation across multiple assignments
- Present findings and recommendations to clients, investors and senior stakeholders
Profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with previous experience within financial due diligence or transaction services
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Ability to interpret financial information and communicate commercial insights clearly
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
